“Children are our most precious natural resource. Through a child’s eyes war, hunger, and all other horrors of mankind cease to exist; if only for a short while. It does not matter how much your net worth is, or when the next bills are due. To a child all that matters are the stolen moments filled with love, and maybe a little imagination.”

This Moment
A Friday Thursday ritual. A single photo-no words- capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember."SouleMama".
Ahhhh I love your photo. I enjoy working with horses. My father-in-law logged with horses for years. They were incredible.
Homemade Bread Slow rise in a cool area gives the bread time to develop flavor. It rises overnight on a cast iron pan in the cool kitchen. Early in the morning, I bake it in a hot oven. Warm bread. Warm kitchen
Our moment comes from the girls getting ready for the Halloween party at their homeschool group this week. I was so happy to have my phone on me to capture this beautiful moment! http://www.ouronesweetfamily.blogspot.com/2014/10/this-moment-happy-halloween.html
What a fabulous shot. Hope you are well my friend. xo
ReplyDeleteHi Kim, Thank you. We are on our way back to being well.
DeleteWhat a beautiful picture! That sun... feels so warm. Was it? The horses are beautiful. :-) Hope you have a wonderful week-end! xo
ReplyDeleteIt was incredibly warm. This was taken in Kansas while on vacation. The temperature was in the 80's the whole time. :)
